Runners Kitchen part II
Quoting what Thomas Edison said "The doctor of the future will give no medication, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet and in the cause and prevention of disease"
Amidst the busyness of life, we still need to crave and be conscious in choosing our food. Staying healthy and eating the right food are more of disciplining ourselves to have a good and a happy life. You might be having an active sporty life like running and working out in a gym but it is a struggle to look for a place that would serve us the right food to go with our healthy living . Thanks to the owners of Runners Kitchen in taking our worries away as they have opened their doors early of 2015 to serve organic food that are health conducive.
Given the opportunity to be in Manila again means being able to visit my favorite restaurant at Creekside, Tomas Morato in Quezon City - The Runners Kitchen PH.
Being there as early as eight thirty, as that day was just a free time for me to spend it for writing, I was able to try their power breakfast which is only available from 8am to 12nn.
This meal includes black rice plates with their house salad and fried organic egg. What's great about it is if I order a dessert, it comes with a free Americano ( you can ask for a cow's milk, cashew milk or some coco sugar if you wish )
I have tried the most delicious guilt free carrot cake ( with no sugar )that qualifies me too of a free cafe americano with a piece of dark chocolate on the side and coco sugar.

The place was just so perfect for my intention of making my pending blogs and reviews. The wifi was so fast. Clean place and very refreshing. The music was just so soothing to my ears that made me brainstorm for more ideas. The mood was so cozy, very comfortable and relaxing.
I also grabbed the chance to try another menu for lunch- that is the Beef + Spinach Shaksouka and wheat bread.
